SOLD: K75T, 1987, 17,900 miles, excellent condition

For those of you connoisseurs who appreciate the K75, its legendary smoothness and gorgeous design, this one has just 17,900 miles on it. Engine fires up instantly, rides beautifully, safety-inspected at Bob’s BMW, registered, clean titled. K75T model with the windshield (brand new), side bags and top case. Heated grip factory option. Upgraded Spal radiator fan, fully operational. Fuel tank epoxy-coated inside using Caswell so there should never be any pinhole leaks. Retrofitted the factory fuel gauge, including the stock pod and brackets. Avusschwartz.

Has a specialty Corbin low “LK” seat with removable backrest for the passenger. Has original tool set, owner’s manual, factory tire repair kit, reproduction factory shop towel, BMW Roundel tire valve caps, folding and non-folding keys.

New battery, tires (Bridgestone Spitfires), oil, brake fluid, coolant, fuel filter, fuel pump mount, air filter, fuel hoses, spark plugs in the last 200 miles. Replaced or added oil sight glass, front and rear fender extenders, hazard switch, coolant sight tube, crankcase breather hose, tank and tail Roundels, and throttle-body vacuum caps. Refurbished injectors, rebuilt brake master cylinder.

Only issues I know of: Clock and instrument cluster gear readout are starting the common fade, quite readable still; I have the kit to replace the gear readout, and will throw it in the sale if you want it. Keys that I have probably don't fit these bags.

Some brand new BMW factory riding clothes are available too, as well as factory tip bars and a new high-quality throttle-balancing tool.

$4,200. Over $2,400 in parts invested. Since I lovingly refreshed this stock bike, it is not meant for chopping up into a café racer. With spring here, it's time to get this all-time classic beauty out on the road!

Cheers,

Always like the 75T, good luck with your sale.  Low miles for a 36 year old bike, I had that many on mine the first year I had it!
