but for some reason have become very excited about doing a brick cafe racer. Have found a low milage (23000) 89-90 rs 16v for the right money and picking it up next week. Its been stood for the last couple of years from what I can gather with occasional use in the previous 2 plus decades. Not heard it running , owner appeared very genuine to me so not overly concerned and will be very careful about first start, change all fluids oils etc. fuel tank looked clean, no debris floating around.This lightly corroded, dusty green rs will be a long term project as I have a bit going on, long periods of boredom with spurts of adrenaline so if I do a blog please be patient.
