Leaking tank
« on: April 26, 2013, 04:18:45 PM »
Found crud in tank and cleaned it out. While doing this I discovered blistered paint at bottom edge of tank and under that I found a previous repair. I want to use a sealant (epoxy?) that you coat the inside of tank with. Does anyone have a suggestion which product to use. I don't want to cause any restriction around the pump baffle. Thanks
How can you be lost if you don't give a crap where you are?

Caswell is your friend.

I did the bottom of and up the sides of my LT tank.   The layer is about a quarter inch thick on the bottom of the tank.

Worked well.

Thanks for the tip. I'll give them a call tomorrow. This brick may fly before too long.
