This looks great and I just ordered a set.  Have not received them yet so maybe the answer to my question will be obvious once I get them, but I am confused about how you are affixing the mirrors to the stock mirror.  Looks like they may come with some two sided tape that you are suggesting to remove?  then replace with something else?  Can you elaborate on what you are recommending for mounting the mirrors?  thanks....

placement on stock mirror... i have seen blind spot mirrors high low left right... what works for us is high inside cause i can see everything behind me with the rest of the stock mirror...

i remove the double sided tape and cut a circle of velcro and attach it that way...

i have mine adjusted where i can see 100% of what is behind me in the stock mirrors + with the blind spot mirrors adjusted correctly i can see everything beside me with a combination of the stock and the blind spot mirrors...

still head check... butts these are the ch1t...

Those look nice.  I like them installed lower inside corners because usually that's where all you see is your arm anyhow.  I figure I'm not loosing anything by covering up the reflection of my own arm!

Thanks for the reply Johnny.  What is the advantage of using the velcro over the two sided tape?  Removability??

their version of mounting tape is inadequate in this motobrickers opinion... once you get them in your hands you will see what i mean... you too will seek an alternative method... i guarantee...

What ever happened to the old school method of simply turning your head ?

dunno, I ALWAYS do a head swivel check of my blind spot before a lane change. Akin to using the clutch to shift, read NO stinkin small mirrors for this bricKhead.

Maybe the below is a better option for those with rigid necks.

Saeng makes the best blind spot mirrors but unfortunately, with shipping, you could buy almost 25 sets of the K-Source mirrors... :yow

after 6 years of service the velcro adhesive gave up and my right side fit articulated blind spot mirror fell off...

went to pep boys and scored a new set...

after much thought... i mounted to the mirror housing instead of to the glass... wow... big difference... can really see everything better now...
