I stumbled upon this video that was uploaded TODAY
. Yeah, I know, surprised me too. The repair guide is extremely detailed, so I figured this could be useful for anyone in the future trying to repair their speedo/odo.

That's a pretty sweet little gear press tool used in the video...76 Euro! They have 4 different gear kits available as well as the small gears available individually.
