Hi all,
Took this trip a few days ago. Very nice. First time on dirt riding a motorcycle. A little tricky. I didn't fall but need to learn some technique. My K1100RS was a joy to ride, even with its dead shock. The washboard would have rattled my Suzuki to pieces. Also no dust got in the bags - that's German engineering for ya.
Took the cost route on the return trip.
