Is it always aggressive, or does it warm up to you?

Hello,
I still have the stock Cluster (Lunch Box), I am currently running the bike with no Tack and Gauges because "Cafe Racer" Haha, but at some Point I installed the old Lunch Box next to the Maf Sensor and it looked very retro and nice!

I still have the original seat untouched, the seat that currently is installed on it was another seat I bought off ebay and I cut it up and reupholstered it.

Unfortunately I don't have the rear loop since I threw it away along with the other Fairing I removed, I only have the front and rear Wheel Fenders.

I will consider all offers, this was a project bike that I never intended to sell and never placed a price for.

Most of the time its really aggressive, specially the fist 15 minutes of ridding after warm up, it back fires a lot and the exhaust gargle and pop in a very aggressive and cool way. but usually after like 15-20 minutes of ridding it smooth out but still had the deep and aggressive sounds.

Is it always aggressive, or does it warm up to you?

I am no CAFE expert, but you should fix the front brake lines in a more permanent/rigid way. It seems to me a disaster waiting to happen; those flex lines might catch on the knobby tire in a sudden pothole or rough terrain.

It surprises me that so many café builds leave the fairing tabs below the tank (especially if repainted.) It's like a pimple on Christy Brinkley, still pleasant to look at overall, but the blemish messes up the canvas. GLWS

Ditto.  The stock tank just works better with a fairing, but changing the tank involves much more than a sawzall and a 6 pack.  The carbon fiber brain is an interesting touch.  Sorry, price is crazy high.

Better than that.  I’d say closer to a third the usual price when you factor in the cost of the new spark plugs, new air filter, re-wrapped wiring, new brake pads, the Shinko knobbers, etc.   I don’t know if a fella could buy the pieces for twice what he’s asking.

What's that thing about to fall from the top of the crankcase cover onto the pavement—a tissue dispenser? It needs a lanyard.

To be fair, I do like the horn and rear hub cover, nicely done.
I'll wait for Blue to start the bidding at "actual market value."

Please guys, for the love of God, delete the reference to removing the tabs from the tank.

Those tabs make the cafe/scrambler hack jobs salvageable for usable tanks to restore another brick somewhere down the road.  Removing them makes the tank scrap metal.

The best approach is to paint them black to match the engine stuff below the tank.  That is easily reversible if the tank is to be used on a stock bike.

Just stick a bolt in it. That’s what my dad always did with “extra” holes in sheet metal.
Oh what a shame he missed the cafe craze.   I never thought about that.  After seeing what he did with Chrysler K cars, ooo-wee the art he could’ve created.

Bruce didn't accept a part-way job ... and look how HOT Kaitlyn Jenner is now. Besides, most of these café scoots are destined to garage dry-rot, or nasty Boy George slide-outs on Hollywood and Vine asphalt. Forgive the Builder, he knows not what he does.

That is a good point.   That hub cover is truly yoo neek.  And we all know that all cafes are nothing if not yoo neek.

I don't see any turn signals? Fenders? Gauges? The muffler looks like stock with the center cut out? Where does the licence plate mount? Brake light? I don't see much value in this build.

Told you it’s yoo-neek.

I’m sure it’s been snapped up by now anyway.  Probably a big fight in the driveway over it that made the news.
After all, the tank is Atlantic Blue.

I dug throught my build photos but unfortunatly I didn't have any pics for the spline, when I opened it up it was in a good condition, I just added Lube on it, I used the bmw brand one when I go home I will take a pic of the lube.

and BTW I dropped the price to $6,500 on it. I am trying to find a quick sale.

man the bike all together costed me $5K and I spent 8 month working on it, I think what I am asking is a fair price.
I know a guy in arizon that flip cafe racer K100s for $11K and $12K each. Now I know his bikes is a way better quality than mine but still.

The damn handlebar buttons were $250 for each side haha. restoration is not cheap!

I cut on side, and left the other side, I was going to mount the key ignition on it somehow but ended up putting the key ignition in the Fuse Box on the right side, and never got around on cutting it after that, if the buyer request the tab to be cut before purchasing I will gladly do it, its a 5 min job.

It surprises me that so many café builds leave the fairing tabs below the tank (especially if repainted.) It's like a pimple on Christy Brinkley, still pleasant to look at overall, but the blemish messes up the canvas. GLWS

I have turn signals integrated with the tail lights under the seat, no fenders, no gauges, and yes the muffler is the stuck muffler cut, I have a license plate holder on the right side of the bike attached to the wheel. Honestly when I built that bike I built it to the way I want it to be, to look like exactly what I liked, but I have a baby on the way now and my wife is forcing me to sell my toys to be able to afford a family SUV. if this doesnt sell I would gladly keep it.

I don't see any turn signals? Fenders? Gauges? The muffler looks like stock with the center cut out? Where does the licence plate mount? Brake light? I don't see much value in this build.

You MUST cut the fairing tab holes off the tank. It's the easiest job on a cafe modification. I cut mine out with a jig saw on my low-budget Cafe Rat.
