I'm not sure what was the real cause.
I reconnected Gear Indicator, Clutch Sensor, recharged the battery and shifted gears up and down a few times.
I guess one of the above fixed it. The starter cranked a few times and I need to recharge the battery one more time (I know, I need a new battery, but it's coming once I have the bike running and fully functional).
I am moving forward with installing lighting and tires on the powder coated wheels. :-)
