I love this saddle but it’s too tall. I acquired a low saddle via Eville Rich ( he’s not so bad after all) btw Eville is his city- anyway someone taller than my 5’6” 29” inseam needs this battle worn seat.
When I totally my first K75s in 2016 this seat survived with “ only a flesh wound” about a 4” rash on the right side, see pic- no holes in hide just scratches- Early on I thought I’d just add a properly shaped patch or a chunk of leather, but when I fitted it to my new ride the rash was a reminder of a day I could have been “toast”, so I left it, and liked it til I nearly tipped over last week!!
Anyway I need to fund my side car build so maybe I don’t need a seat for every season or occasion. Next I will post my unused OEM sport seat. 1100rs project need$ seals and clutch parts.
Best part- this leather isn’t shiny, when you hike out you stay planted, it sort of grips your jeans unlike a vinyl seat cover. Back rest is removable. Hinge parts not included.
