For sale is my 1985 BMW K100RS. I am the third owner of this beauty

What's right:

Only 27,XXX miles, new battery and hold downs, new Michelin tires, new stainless steel brake lines, rebuilt rear caliper, brand new front master cylinder from Max BMW, new rear master cylinder from another K bike, new fuel lines, fuel pump, injectors, new spark plugs, new rubber bits, new grips, new odometer gears (trip and odometer work now), new grips, new longer windscreen for less buffeting on the highway, all fluids replaced including oil filter, LED headlight, LED brake light mod, LED odometer lights, 3 OEM keys, and the splines have been lubed. All that, and a new coat of paint.
A lot of work has gone into this bike to get her back on the road again, it's been a labor of love.

What's wrong:

The fuel warning light will illuminate whenever it feels like it, probably a bad sending unit because it's the early thermistor design.
Cold starts require some choke and a few starter presses to prime the fuel lines, once it's primed, it starts up instantly.
There is some road rash from a lowside by the previous owner on the crank case cover, purely cosmetic.

Payment/Details:

Test rides are welcome as long as the cash is in my hands, you break it, you buy it. Many hours have gone into the body work on this bike, and I don't want to have to sand it all down and paint again.
I live in the middle of the DFW Metroplex, I'm willing to meet within a reasonable distance for a look, I often ride it down south into Waxahachie on the weekends.

As this is my only bike, the mileage is prone to increase a bit as time goes by, that's why I say 28xxx miles, and not a specific number.

Feel free to PM me or reply for any details you want.
