Will this rack from a k1100lt fit a 92 K75rt?

I picked up a group of parts from a k1100lt as I could use some of them for my K75rt.  Will this rear rack fit?

Because the frames and tail sections are the same, I would think it will work.

Like TMG indicates, it should work. All the classic Brick side case racks are the same and the top case rack mounts to them. What you'll need is the screws, washers and what-all that secures them. Left rack is at the arrow and you'll need the right one , too if you don't have them already, plus their fasteners. All fasteners and hardware to mount  the top case rack are circled. The sizes and styles of the screws can be found at this MaxBMW link, Diagram #46.

The tail cow and "wedge" are the same but the frames are different. The mounting for the side cases use the same side Z racks too but the tops where they mount are wider apart on 4V Ks because the bottoms of the racks at the peg plates are pushed out to accommodate the backs of the peg plates being wider for the hump where the paralever final drive shaft housing pivots in the middle.

On a K75/K100 the Z rack mounting point is below the middle of the frame. On a 4V K bike those same mounting points are out to the side of the frame.

This is why there are two different Reynolds Racks for 2v and 4V K bikes.

However, it is quite possible to retrofit a K1100LT tail rack to a K75 or K100. BMW even offered a kit do do so:

You'll just need to experiment some to figure out the correct bolt length and spacer width.

That's a UK K100 frame. (I guess the plate is married to the frame VIN over there. ) I was looking for good frame pics one day and found that frame on Ebay UK.
