Greetings for CT
« on: November 28, 2020, 04:12:28 PM »
Hi all, my name is Dan and I'm from southeastern CT and I just my 2nd BMW, a 87 K100LT with 51K on the clock.
11 years ago I had a R1150RT. I need to go though this bike to replace all fluids, [rebuild forks and lub drive splines and drive shaft splines and give it a good turn up and finishing up with new tires and brakes. I know I'll have questions as I learn about these bikes and this forum looks like the place that can help.

Welcome!  Nice part of the country.  I have lived in Glastonbury, Stonington and Groton Long Point in the past.

Thanks K1300S, that's a nice area, some good riding in that part of CT. I'm closer to the CT river.
