When I ground it to #13, I get 10M ohm. When I ground it to the battery ground bolt, I get 3.5 M ohm.

Do you believe your probe in that photo is on pin # 10? If so, how do you reconcile that with the attached diagram from the LE Jetronic manual at the link I posted?

Holy sheep shit!  I’ve been reading the pins wrong the whole time.   Crazy that I would get continuity at the pin I thought was #10.

I’ve done the same. . . Trying to fix something that wasn’t broken, until I ended up breaking it!  I feel slightly less alone now.
