I'll be honest, they've sat in my shed out of the elements and sun for 5 years. I believe they were relatively new when I got them, remember something along the lines of 'I Just replaced my tires and boom, wrecked' from my buddy. My guess is they have atleast 85% tread left, but the rubber is older. Having said that I dont see signs of cracking or aging, but they aren't perfect. (They are also dirty). No gouges scratches or bends in the wheels as well.
