Ha, if the Mag 7 parked murdersycle's like the above over in Japan, you would be TOWED. Honestly, moto's are NOT allowed to occupy cage designated spots. 

Weird, sidewalk parking is frowned upon in the USA. In foreign countries encouraged. 

In Tokyo, one could always find a spot in the bicycle lot, simply move a few around to make space for you moto.  Sanyo even has a 2 wheel lot with a solar panels on the roof, allowing rider to charge there electric bicycles while at work or plug in your battery tender.

Real good one..Those bikes are just amazing and I really liked charging system.. Nice informative post.
