'91 K75 Cafe Build

Thought I'd post up the  progress on my K75 cafe build. Over the last month I've...

Up front I installed progressive springs, fork gators, ditched the fender, lowered the front 1", new Tarrozi strap-ons, new grips. Ditched the stock gauge cluster and installed and Acewell with a homemade mount.

Out back I've hacked off the rear and all tabs, relocated the computer into the under-seat tray, removed the coolant reservoir and installed a custom bottle up front.  Relocated the ignition, installed a license plate mount out back with LED lights.

Today I tackled molding the foam for a custom seat and hope to have it upholstered this week.

well done so far my friend. I personally wouldn't pay for the Tarozzi clip ons, they're too expensive to for me. DCC has 41mm clip ons that can be persuaded to fit on the forks. What did you sacrifice to get the foam for the seat? I've been looking at this pan on ebay but am still wary of on the fitment.

I cut my bike's rearframe also like that and  thinking to weld this at the back to strengthen the frame.

How are you hooking up that acewell spedo? I have one on an 89 k75 and can't get the fuel gauge to work properly, or it will work in reverse if at all. also, the tachometer is all over the dang place. beautiful bike so far though.
