What's happening MEZ? Is the engine overheating, the fuel overheating or are you overheating?

Don't think I've ever seen one on a K75. I know they came with oil coolers and fans on police editions of the R1100 or 1150, but probably the water cooled K bikes negated the need, even on police models.

Air cooled engines need oil to cool the cylinder head. Water cooled engines don't get hot enough to need oil cooling.
A properly operating water cooling system will run at 210F or less which is at least 30F less than the temperature where oil begins to have problems.

hahaha.... I'm definitely overheating and over-compensating I think, someone gifts you an oil cooler and you instantly want to apply it to one of your bikes... My K75 will definitely be going to extreme hotter climates but as mentioned here water cooling (and I have a fuel cooler fitted) should suffice.... Stand down fellow Brickers my other brain cell has been remapped ok.....
