I plugged the hole at the filling cap, ditched the tank and filled with Evans waterless coolant. Simple as that. Works great.
Genius! Glad I saw this post, this is exactly why I

I've been researching this topic myself the last few evenings trying to decide on the right bottle size, how/where to mount it and whether to install a spigot or run the hose in the filler with a slotted gromit to the bottom etc etc.
I've just checked out the Evans Waterless coolant, It's a little pricey but I reckon in the long run its the cheaper alternative, shame I've already got my distilled water and coolant on the garage shelf waiting. Did you bother to run the Prep Fluid first or just go straight in with the waterless, Boxerman?
What did you use to plug the hole, just a NPT plug?
Cheers
