Good posting. For those looking to do the job there are also a couple of videos on youtube. And if you choose to go with Euro Moto Electrics out of Denver for your parts they include pretty comprehensive instructions. The ceramic component you speak of can, apparently, be damaged fairly easily if you're ham-fisted with it. I also bought the drift from them. Figured it was a wise investment. I will likely only ever do this job on Heinz once so why muck around! It is a pretty straight-forward job. Take your time, be clean and thorough and follow the bloody instructions!
