Best burger recipes

Come on my friends barby season is here (for the mo) so someone give me a killer burger recipe please!

mix up 4 pounds of  80/20 ground chuck + heaping cup of dehydrated onions + 8  spoons of prepared minced garlic + salt + pepper + 1 bottle of western dressing...

make 8 patties 6" in diameter and fridge overnight...

hot hot hot grill...  3 minutes + flip 3 minutes... add chee... put on grilled buttered 7" bunn...  then horseradderesh mustard + tabasco ketchup...

I don't have a specific ratio, so figure your own amounts by taste, but here is mine.

do and 80/20 split between ground beef and chorizo sausage. add finely chopped onion, minced garlic, red pepper flakes and Worcestershire sauce.

seems to be well regarded. let me know if anyone tries it.

Take any of these recipes in this thread, make the patties thin and then put hem together with the cheese on the inside.   aka Lava Burgers.  I like Pepper Jack cheese myself.  The cheese is nice, hot and gooey. I also like to use sourdough buns on my burgers.
