Hello from Dallas, TX
« on: October 27, 2023, 09:57:05 PM »
Hi Folks,
Just got back into riding after a 30-year hiatus - last time I ended up 10 feet in a tree.
I'm looking at rebuilding a BMW K100 that isn't running at the moment. A friend suggested I check out this forum as it has a ton on knowledge and guidance. I am here to learn and listen and once I start this project, I will document it here. All criticism and suggestions are welcome.

Thanks

Sack

Welcome, Sack! Add the mileage, year and style—RS, RT, LT, naked—to what you've got in your Bike line. Modifications occur throughout the years.

Its a 1985 BMW K 100 RS. It's taken apart right now and I going to rebuild it but Naked. First I just want to get it up and running and then once that is done, I will work on how I want to get it modded.
Lots to research here!
