Post a photo of the handlebar taken from the side at tank level, Blue, and we'll figure out this situation.

k75c bars will move you up and back, but you may need to replace some cables and brake lines with longer ones any you'll get more buffeting from sitting higher.  I have the same bars on my 75S as your K100rs,  barbacks made a world of difference for me

I would see if I could find a "C" handlebar.  They were used on the naked K bike models.  It will be the correct diameter  to attach the switch gear and throttle.

Unfortunately, BMW doesn't stock them anymore, so you need to look for one on eBay.  Another alternative is Flanders.  They claim to have the 22mm bars the K bikes need.

These barbacks were advertised for sale here in March. They would both raise the bar and allow it to be tilted rearward. You'll need longer cables. Contact the seller for more details.

My RS came with these straight superbike bars on risers, sorry I cant tell you any manufacturer info but it may give you an idea of what is possible. I am in the middle of some reno' work so picture isn't great.
