So, I have the nifty K100 II side covers. The left one is in place nice and solid, but the right one that covers the air intake is loose at the bottom.
I can't quite figure out what is supposed to be there. K100 II does not appear to be listed on RealOEM, and googling is getting me nowhere.
Does anyone know?

It might help if you post photos of the inner and outer surfaces of both covers.

This is the cover on the bike and what the bottom looks like.
The other cover doesn't matter - there is no bottom mount like that.
-
Does that tab slide beneath the lower half of the air filter box and rely on friction to hold its position?
-
On the crankcase, in the middle of the air box, just beside the crank cover is a bolt hole (at least mine has) Does the hole in your cover fit over it? If not you could make a bracket between the two and bolt them together.
The slot beside the cover hole looks like an incredibly small access point for tightening by Allen key. Obviously designed by Bastards Incorporated, a company, luckily, not widely known outside Australia.

Attached is a photo of the crankcase right side. At the tip of the arrow is a blind plug. Will that plug's hole align with the cover's mounting tab? If it will, then maybe a friction-fitting plug or a self-tapping screw can hold that cover in place. All will be revealed in the fullness of time.

Here's a descriptive post (http://www.k100-forum.com/t4829-where-can-i-get-those-radiator-covers#62181) from a thread concerning these covers.

Doesn't seem to be holding it.

I have that hole.
I put a bolt in it. The big hole in the cover does not fit over it. It does poke out of the small slot next to it.

Potentially, could be. Not sure.

I don't remember that from when I pulled out the airbox. Might have to pull it again.

Looks like what I need is 10, 11, 12, 13 in this picture.

Well, this was a letdown.
I was all excited to find that a website let me order all this stuff. And then, a couple of days later, they told me the little bracket is unavailable.
Not that I am surprised a part that obscure is gone, I'm annoyed the catalog didn't say it up front.
I guess I'll be fabricating.
