Nice ride out this morning to Vermillion SD for breakfast. If you are ever in the area check out Brule cafe on Main St. Excellent food and lots of it.

. This was a 150 miles shakedown after working on the bike over the winter. Nothing fell off!

The Guzzi Norge and the dog belong my next door neighbor. The dogs name is 'Lil-But'. It has several Iron Butt rides to his name riding in the tank bag wearing goggles and loving it.

That Norge is a powerful-looking bike but in my estimation it's cross-eyed contemporary angularity doesn't quite stack up to your quintessential LT's smooth lines.

We find the two bikes are very evenly matched performance wise. As expected, he has a little more grunt down low but I catch him on the high end. The Norge is more stable passing large trucks on the freeway but the LT has better wind protection.
