It's been floating around my local Craigslist for a few weeks.

Seems expensive, but what do I know?

Without the conversion it would be worth maybe 3-4k in good running condition.  (that would be rare for a Ural that vintage :hehehe) With the conversion who knows?  if it is well done and the engine and driveline are healthy the asking price might be in the ballpark.

Not that he wanted it to have only 11K miles. That's all he could get from it before he ran out of money. :giggles
