The OEM shock as well as the Progressive 412 cannot be used upside down

What is meant by "upside down?" Shaft up, or shaft down?

Shaft up....
Progressive's site seems to indicate the 412 mounts shaft up. My 465 instructions were for shaft up also.

FFS! :hehehe  Give them a call, mate. All their catalog illustrations are shaft up, but then maybe they rotate 180 when downloaded in North America.
