Love the description "Apparently this type of machine will have a dry carburetor as it is a dry system regardless of fuel in the tank. The man who had it told me it was running when it went in the garage."   I've heard of a dry sump but this is new territory  :yow  Looks like a K75T, BMWNA outfitted the C with a shield, bags, seat, lights and it was a pretty decent tourer, knew a couple people very happy with theirs.  But he's asking at least twice what it's worth as a non runner.  And most all bike that are not running ran the last time they ran.

It runs on dry gas.

I wept because I had no radials until I met a man who had no splines.
