http://www.brewracingframes.com/safety-alert-brake-cleaner--phosgene-gas.html   Go to Brew Bikes site for the full story. A quick break down, a guy was repairing diesel tanks and substituted brake cleaner for carb cleaner. When welding with a TIG welder he hit a couple of small spots of fluid which vaporized, apparently when mixed with Argon gas it can form Hydrogen Chloride or Phosgene gas, very deadly. He now has serious health issues with the possibility of emphysema and chronic bronchitis. It is worthwhile reading the full story.
