They were made by Ray Randolph and are no longer available but still can be found. They were made to order and came between 8 and 11 gallons. Try a WTB ad. Here are 2 examples for different handlebars.

320 fully loaded uphill into stiff head wind...

saw a 8 gal sell for  $750 a few years ago...

they do come up for sale every then and now...
