Bike Bandit Parts ~ 3rd Party OEM Plus Aftermarket
« on: May 10, 2016, 11:55:00 PM »
Ordered some Shinko 230 tires from Bike Bandit Parts via Amazon on Sunday afternoon. Standard shipping.

Tires arrived in WA on Tuesday afternoon via OnTrac carrier. Pretty damned fast IMO.

i have been to the bikebandit international headquarters in otay mesa ca... they have some stuff in stock... butts their stuff generally comes from drop shippers...

i used to score ebc brake pads cause they would be 25% off once a year... they would show up in a few days from somewhere other than otay mesa...

abouts tiors... revzilla the superstore jakewilson bikebandit and the like... all ship from the same warehouses... on west coast my tiors where all shiped from reno regardless of the brand... here in the chee they all come from pennsylvania or kentucky...

so timtiorler... where did yours ship from... other than korea of course...

According to the tracking info it looks like they originated in Boise, ID. (I delivered the unopened package with the unexamined packing slip to the shop that mounted the tires for me yesterday.) My last tire order via Motorcycle Superstore took forever to get here from Kentucky.

I'm going to give the 720's another shot. My riding ability has improved since the last 720's and the rear 712's seem to be wearing quickly. I've also learned a lot about suspension adjustment since the 720's so maybe the original blame was undeserved. I think the 720's are supposed to be more durable.  I'll see if the 720's inspire confidence in the corners.
