My Scarf and Me
« on: December 25, 2015, 11:29:38 PM »
So my sister in Connecticut knitted me a scarf for Christmas. I've decided to chronicle my travels in western Washington state. That is, my travels with me and my scarf. Western Washington is perhaps the most beautiful place in the U.S. to live for daily rides. Today is the first photo (Christmas Day) about a mile from home in Keyport Washington. It had been pretty gray but the sun peeked out just about sundown, which was at 4:21 PM. About 38 degrees and a bit moist out still from the early morning sprinkles as far as the weather goes. The bike has been running stellar since rebuilding the oil/water pump. Again. It took a couple of tries to get it right but she sits in the garage now with nary a drop of anything leaking from her. Just the way my beautiful wife likes the garage to be. No more old baking sheets setting beneath the motobrick...sweet. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.
