Ah yes a man who has seen the error of his ways and wishes to repent. All your sins (Riding of Italian bikes and waving to Harley riders) will be forgiven upon the acquision of a Brick.
Welcome to the funny farm.

Welcome to Motobrick.com.

Hurry up and buy that K bike. ;D

Where are you located? (Hint to update your profile. ;)
Once I had a Collie pup. Dug a hole and covered him up. Now I sit there by the hour. Waiting for a Collie-flower.

A 130 mile daily commute is nuts. I need something like that. Maybe live at the Virginia end of the BRP and work at the North Carolina end.

Hi Duc750, welcome to this great forum, its gotta be one of the best dedicated bike sites around, keep your eyes open on ebay for a Brick, quite a few K100's in fact some beauty's on there now, not so many 1100's but keep looking if that's what you want. I got mine on there and it's an absolute beauty. I'm only down the road in Portsmouth!! Here's a pic of my gorgeous Brick.

Play up Pompey

Nearly swapped my 100LT in for and 11RS many years ago as at the time I thought I was bored of it - many bikes later I realise I was mistaking boredom for abject capability.
My buying decision now is basically: I need a 6K service interval if possible - easy to work on, well put together and comfortable. It also has to handle 30K miles per year commuting then another 10K for fun! - to be fair there probably isn't anything else that ticks the boxes like a K series Beemer.
(I'm also starting to do a bit more work at cycling events and looking to join NEG next year so need something that will run at 30mph average for 10 hours a day then a 2 hour ride home at normal speeds) again - I can't see anything else other than a K doing it - either an LT or an RT dependent on engine size!
