Motorcycle clothing

We all know BMW make the best bikes in the world but who makes the best clothing/boots/helmets etc? If I could afford it I would buy maybe Dainese T. avro one piece leathers (£1000) A matching Shoei helmet (£350) spend about £200 on boots £150 on gloves.
As it is I wear Frank Thomas 2 piece leathers, Frank Thomas boots, Shoei crash helmet, Frank Thomas gloves and only spent around £140 for the lot on ebay!! all the gear is excellent quality but I am continually looking for better.
There are so many makes out there though I sometimes can't tell whether they are good quality or crap, so what are your top 5 makes of gear? The same names should crop up regularly hopefully.

For Boots, Daytona or Altberg. I have 3 pairs of Daytonas that have done a shade under 200K miles between them.

For leathers in the uk - crowtree without question - although Alec has terchnically retired if you can find him on Facebook he'll sort you out. His stuff (and Hideout's) makes you realise what garbage Dainese and all the other mainstream stuff is.

Textiles I'm leaning towards Aerostitch currently

Would love some Motoport Kevlar mesh but after including the 2 way liner the cost makes me cringe. Have settled on Olympia Airglide rig which is close on the feature set (no Kevlar and the Motoport armor offers more coverage). The Olympia gear is proving to be quite comfortable and versatile.
