have you ridden the rattlesnake... yawl... rolling outta pasco warshington... ksu 6am saturday june 14th...

gonna roll to enterprize orogoon... rolling the american alps... then the rattlesnake north to clarkston warshington... overnighting at motel 6...

sunday... thats right... rolling the rattlesnake south to the end... then north to clarkston... and the snake river area to the pooloose falls... then back to pasco warshington...

why reverse route in clarkston and roll the rattlesnake 3 times in 2 days... cause the rattlesnake is that good... plus what else you gonna do... yeeeef-inghaaaaaa...

Rolled The Rattlesnake with Wikipedia after we left you in Clarkston at the conclusion of TwistyIderhoe in 2011.
The road was pretty fun but it gotts kinda warm and uncomfortable around mid-late morning.
Fortunately Wikipedia knew of a little Ice Cream shak about half-way through as it crossed over one of the rivers.
Great place to take a nice cool break and get edumacated about the local history... :yes

was gonna getts outta pasco tonight... butts is in the 50s and raining... been here several times and its always been 100+ here... thats whack... caints roll off the motobrick in the rain... its gotta be dry or it will slide down the ramp uncontrollably on those aviation tiors... waiting to see what tomorrow brings...

rodger all that... its dry and im ready to roll... just waiting on the mickster to wake up from another night of hard drinking...

yawl its dry butts this is how it went down... so my ramp is about a 45 degree angle... they are aluminum and slick when dry... butts like wet ice when the slightest bit wet... so i gotts the front tior still on the diamond plate and the rear tior on the ramp... slowly back it off the truck... front brake just before the point of slide... clutch as back brake just before the point of slide... slide is no good cause ist over then... baaaaaaam... it over...

so there i am... a strong wind in my face... the sprinklers come on... not your typical lawn sprinklers... these things are agriculture and putting out a heavy mist and the wind is blowing all of it on me... im immediately soaked along with the diamond plate tiors and ramp... im at the point of no return... i caint start it and ride it up because i would not be able to stop and would cartwheel off the other side... i cant just sit it out cause im starting to slide... so what happens next...

snowing on blue mountain pass... had to stop and put on our electrics... having lunch in elgin... 50 degres and overcast with no blue sky in sight...

70 miles from the rattlesnake... better chill than 100+ normal...

wow... had the electrics on all day... 50+ degrees cooler than the last time we rode it at this same time of year... perfect motobricking weather...

holed up at the former twisty iderhoer headquarters... the quality inn clarkston... gonna go bust out the spiral highway and call it a day...

with yesterday in the books... i busted out the rattlesnake both ways 1up this morning while the mickster slept it off... she caint have just one or two drinks... no no no... she gotts to drink the whole f-ing bottle of techron every f-ing time...

now we are headed back to the spiral highway... then the 193 to the 128 winding around to the 124 back to the 12 and pasco... should be 100% yeeeehaaaa...

the mickster didnt take lotts o photos... it was very windy and she started out without her warm n safe so she was sticking her hands up my jacket to keep them warm...

this is the 730 along the columbian on the way to the 37...

the 37 is 100% yeeehaaaaa... no photos cause the mickster was holding on... and the 204 to elgin... was dragging peg... the it quickly went into to 30s... was spitting snow... we stopped and put on our warm n safe and kept it on the rest of the day...

this is the 82 outta elgin...

no american alps today... clouds too low...
