WTB 1994 K1100RS Low seat
« on: April 08, 2019, 01:12:20 PM »
Hi, I have a 1994 K1100RS and the stock seat is a bit too high for me, I am tip toeing on traffic lights as it is. Let me know if you have one or I can trade my stock seat for your low seat. My stock seat is in excellent condition, grey in color and no rips.

I happen to have a couple spare K100 low seats. Do they fit the K1100?  I'd sell one.

EDIT:  You'll need the low-seat hardware, eh?  That I don't have.

MIbrick, thanks, so the low seat from the K100 would fit the K1100? the only thing needed is to modify the brackets?

MIbrick is asking you that question, myredK, not making a claim that it fits. The low seat part numbers I've found have only been in relation to the K1100LT model, not the RS. Try using a parts fiche to sort out this dilemma.

In the meantime, search the site for seat modification options. Martin has taken some steps to lower his moto's seat.
