« on: April 17, 2013, 09:40:51 PM »
I just learned about these guys, I have no experience buying from them. Looks like they have some useful items for bricks:

Good reviews for them. I've bought a few things for an airhead from them.

If you order by phone be absolutely certain you are clear on what the charges are.  I got a rude surprise lately.  I ordered a very expensive component based on the price that appeared in an advertisement in a club publication.  I foolishly assumed I knew the price, based on the ad, so I didn't ask for verification.  Rick did not charge me the advertised price.  I tried to contact him for an explanation but he did not answer the phone and never responded to my message.
I'm now an ex-customer of that particular business.  :nono

I noticed on their website that they only take orders by phone, mail or email:

"Direct ordering from the web site is not offered because of the very frequent need for diagnostic help so the customer gets the right part, the first time."

A bit behind the times.... but so are the motorcycles they're into....
