A Big Thank You!
« on: August 29, 2012, 09:10:37 PM »
I've only been on this site for what, two weeks (?), and the amount of practical, useful information has already come in handy.  I have lubed my clutch splines,  replaced my clutch cable, and am about to fine tune my kick stand retractor.  I have mostly used Frankenduck's write ups, but no doubt there are other talented, sharp folks here.  Wish I had found you guys while I still had my firtst K bike.  Oh well, better late than never.  BTW, I have a basic 1993 K75.

This is the first picture that I have ever posted on a discussion site.  I'm about as computer literate as an old brass door nob!  It was taken last year down at the HD museum.

I bought my first K bike new in 1994 (K75RT) and sold it in 2007 with 104k miles.  Rode the Guzzi exclusively for the next 3 years and finally picked up another K bike again in 2010 (1993 K75).  Any chance that you guys were around in 2007 or 8?  I could have started to save money earlier and taken on more maintenance chores myself.

Motobrick.com went "live" on May 17, 2011. :mbird
Once I had a Collie pup. Dug a hole and covered him up. Now I sit there by the hour. Waiting for a Collie-flower.
