Did you come up with the F suffix? There's a K75F (Frankenbrick) created by a prolific contributor to K-bike sites. Your bike is unique, especially with the ABS. It seems like yours was somebody's platform for thoughtful modifications. It's a nice catch.

I have a Google+ bud in California who put together a Suzuki Frankenstein bike and called it a Frankenbike, and I saw the term here many times by that poster you mention (in fact I was just reading one of his posts a few seconds ago)--so since it is the only denomination that makes sense with my little flying briquette, I pilfered it shamelessly.  :yes

Shamelessly is definitely the way to go—much more relaxing. :giggles

Here's another shot of my K75 laying siege to the Castle of La Mota, in Medina del Campo, Spain. Despite the fact that I knocked REPEATEDLY, no one answered so I declared it a victory and rode off for a glass of vino tinto.

This 1989 K1200LT I had for a only month or two. I rode it around and loved it on the highways but it was a royal pain when riding up winding narrow medieval cobblestone streets to a castle or church. Too much bike for me alone, so I sold it. But it was fun having the Queen Mary for a few weeks 🤣

Yes that is a wooly wing called the motowing.  It has the original brick engine at 1800 modern cc's compared to 1000 cc's from 1984.

New to me, I bought this bike near the Queensland border and rode it home to Sydney last week. Loving it so far :) It was imported from Japan with a Japan market single seat and tail storage.

Dude alas one of the few skills I don't possess is fibre glassing. I could carve one out of wood or a block of aluminium. This one used to be local but I haven't seen it for 2-3 years. http://landbridge.net.au/K1004.html

Not the best picture, but here is the 1995 K1100LT that I purchased a few weeks ago.  I put fresh gas in the tanks, fresh oil in the crankcase, had the shock rebuilt, bled the rear brakes out and it runs out quite nicely.  Here is a picture with all the luggage back on it.
