New Brick owner from Colorado
« on: November 04, 2020, 04:14:07 PM »
Howdy people,

New owner of a 1985 K100RS. I know nothing of this bike but I know it runs and I look forward to do some wrenching!

Welcome, Thad. It appears as though your moto had an adroit double otectomy along the way into your hands, making it a unique specimen. 112350  Tell us how many miles are on the odometer and how you came to own it.
  • Along the Ridley in Vermont.
  • 1995 K75 80,000 miles
I wept because I had no radials until I met a man who had no splines.

Hey Laitch, thanks for the kind words!  I have no idea what you mean by an "adroit double otectomy" but she has 13k miles and I paid 1700 off Craigslist. I saw the ad and within a weekend she was mine. My previous bike was a 96 Suzuki Katana 600 where my oil drain plug took a vacation on the freeway.

They're safer in the hard cases.  :laughing4-giggles:

Welcome from Alabama The Beautiful!

That's a nice paint scheme.

I always do a Full service (at least all fluids) when I get one, whatever the miles, and then get it on a 5k service schedule.
