"shoes helmet, battery charger, polo shirt, etc all included"   I wonder if that's auto corrected from Shoei Helmet.  But that polo shirt has me interested......

Chalk another up to auto correct.  I missed that salient detail.......map shows his residence on a golf resort so maybe there they have a dress code.....
