First Brick in my life K100RT
« on: February 29, 2020, 11:46:49 AM »
Hi All,
After years of Airheads and a single Oilhead I've finally picked up a Brick. 1985 K100RT.....109,000 fully documented miles and real clean for a 35 year old bike.
Now have a bit of learning to do....so here we are on this forum.

Welcome! Thanks for posting the photos and the mileage. That's a fine looking specimen.

Thanks! I feel quite lucky to get it.....many months of searching to find the right one. Didn't want a project bike.

Welcome!  Nice bike!

Is that a Hardley Dangerous bag?  On a brick?

If it were plusher it wouldn't need the warning label.  :nono2:

So now I need an iconic bag to go inside my iconic 22 so I can lose the iconic bag????   44271 4265249878

Good Looking' Brick.

My first was a tobacco brown K100RT that had the factory windshield on it. Kind of half way between the RS and LT screens.
Loved that bike, gotta 90k out of her.

Great looking brick. The comfort seat lives up to it's moniker. Enjoy!

Loving the color, looks similar to a K that was on cycletrader.com for the last few months, seems like out your way. I don't recall if it was a K75 or a K100 but very nice. Welcome here.

I picked it up in Portland, Or.....not sure if the fellow had it advertised there, but I'm sure glad I got to it first!
