WTB K75 side panels, seat mounting hardware.
« on: November 02, 2019, 05:57:32 PM »
I am converting from low seat back to normal seat setup. If anyone is interested, I do have the complete low seat kit including the seat that I would part with. I also have the normal seat and a few of the parts, but missing the hinge set up for the seat.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm kind of trying to piece together what is needed, since I've not actually seen the normal set up.

Try Beemer Boneyard for hinges. Although the hinges aren't all that complicated and I am in the process of making a couple of sets. So far I've made a late rear hinge and part made and rebuilt a mates early rear hinge and made a rubber mounted locking catch and three locking pins. Basic workshop tools and an arc welder was all that was needed as well as one to copy.  Due to the fact I have access to casting I have also molded up two of rubber mounted locking catches which should get poured today in aluminium. This is probably overkill as the welded up one is quite satisfactory.
Regards Martin.
