West Virginia new state cruiser?
« on: August 24, 2019, 07:14:07 AM »
While out cruising WV in my F model (F-150 4x4, not F850 Adventure) I spotted this WV State cruiser.
finally a state trooper vehicle I can outrun on flats and twisty roads.
Kidding aside, anyone looking for some great riding should get themselves to Tucker or Pocahontas counties in WV, miles and miles of twisty 2-lane often with nobody else on the road.

I've heard many good things about the mountain roads in West Virginia.  To get to Tucker County from central Pennsylvania is a three hour ride on Interstate highways.  If I ask Google Maps to remove "highways" from the mix it becomes a 7.5 hour ride.  Either way, it sounds like a 2 or 3 day adventure for me.  I've added it to my list of rides I want to make.

Thanks for sharing the info.  Stay away from the government golf carts!
