It's already in the Repair Guidance section here, Tommy. If somebody scans the entire section, it will be found and the entire section should be scanned when encountering starting trouble and looking for a solution.

Okay, okay, I do now see it in very fine print at the very end.

Personally I did look over the that section,  sadly though a couple days after I posted my problem, please forgive my lack of proper due diligence and for not catching the link to Berts guide. I do really appreciate anyone who takes the time to point me in the right direction or offers tips on common K bike problems. Thank you.
