Hi from western mass!
« on: June 22, 2019, 01:53:25 AM »
Hi! I just got my shop neighbor's 94 K1100RS. It's been sitting in his space for a year, full of gas, but well cared for until then. I've wanted a K for years for purely aesthetic reasons & finally tried a friend's K75. Which confirmed everything I'd expected about the smoothness and comfort. For the last 4 years, I've had an '86 GSXR 750 and I'm 6'4, so I'm really looking forward to riding in a less-scrunched-up position. My first bike, a 65 R50, is undergoing an increasingly intensive slinger cleaning.

The old Suzi, which is unbelievably fun but painful. Not a touring bike, no:

Welcome. A turn-key brick, how cool is that? Enjoy the ride.
