Hi, I need a front master cylinder. In Europe, please.

An aftermarket option would probably suit me as well, if you have any idea, I'd love to hear it.

Thanks

Zalle, people are suggesting you rebuild your calipers, have you done that? I rebuilt my front calipers this winter -- when I disassembled them I found white jelly-like substance behind the pistons where the brake fluid should be. Who knows what's inside yours! Check it out.

From BMW you need p/n:

34 21 1 236 793
07 11 9 901 049
34 11 1 454 005
34 11 2 310 493

Plus brake fluid.

Plus this: http://www.motobrick.com/index.php/topic,12182.msg107307.html#msg107307

EDITED TO ADD: Just realized your bike is an 1100 -- so disregard the part numbers above. But you get the idea.

I would contact oregandave - he's parting out his 1994 k1100LT. He had a front master cylinder + throttle assembly FS when I contacted him.

Here's the thread: http://www.motobrick.com/index.php/topic,11861.0.html

Nice guy. I ordered from him and he shipped promptly.

Thanks, but I'm in Europe. Posting + taxes would be prohibitive...
