Greetings all,
I recently visited the Barber Motorsports Park (
https://barberracingevents.com) and highly recommend that you add this to your "bucket list". This was supposed to be a "scenic ride" story but I had an unplanned dismount from my mountain bike and ended up requiring surgery to repair a Grade 4 AC Separation. This happened in August, leaving me unable to ride for several months. So, the spouse and I made a mid-winter holiday out of the trip.
You can link to the address and read all about it.
There are too many scoots to describe. Brands, styles, models from all manufacturers both current and long gone.
It is an overwhelming display of 2-wheeled eye-candy, there were even Beemers on the floor (though mostly R-models).
Once you get pass the Sentinels on cosmic-like Segways and into the museum you'll be impressed with the sheer number of scoots and the presentations.
A shout out to our Aussie mates across the pond! Wouldn't it be wicked cool to have your TimTams delivered by the Arnott's biscuit sidecar?
Put this on your calendar!
some pics: (apologies, rotation of pics for proper perspective isn't working)
