According to MAX BMW's parts fiche, K75C production ended in March of 1990, so something appears to be inaccurate in the part's representation by the seller. If the harness has ABS connections, those wires and connections will make the harness take up more space but it should still work to power the rest of the moto.

Plenty of members here have disabled ABS and will advise you shortly.

Just received a message from the seller saying it was from the NON-ABS model.

Was it a option or a standard in 93

Thanks

Hi,

I believe that the ABS was standard on the K75S from 1990 onwards, so it would not have been an option.  Does the seller's harness have blue connectors?  If so, then it's an ABS harness.  No blue connectors and it's a non-ABS harness.  The ABS wiring will not interfere with the usefulness of the harness for replacing your existing burnt-out unit.

I just swapped a 1993 k75s wiring harness into a 1990 K75s.
Everything matched up perfectly.  Non-ABS to Non-ABS.
No issues.

The K75 didn't have a side stand switch regardless of its year of manufacture or model from what I've viewed on wiring diagrams and parts fiches. The '93 K1100 had a side stand switch. The '92 K100RS had a side stand switch. Is that switch labeled with a part number or other i.d.?

It's just a switch you won't be using.

Thats what i thought also , but it has the 3 plugs for the injectors so is a 3 cylinder harness so that’s weird

I will check in the morning for a part number

Hummm...
I believe the fuel injector harness, the one that comes from the Jettronic box is separte from the main harness.  The main harness does not have the fuel injector connections. You may be looking at the coil connectors. there is also an accessory plug that lives in that area as well.  Could you be mistaking the accessory plug for a side stand switch connector?
