Gettysburg and BMW Riders Association 2018 Rally
« on: July 26, 2018, 03:00:25 PM »
A couple of photos from my adventure this past weekend.

I rode from Yorktown VA to Gettysburg, spent a couple of nights at an AirBNB and went on to Wellsboro PA for the RA rally.  My original plan was to then head to New Hampshire and base out of my sister-in-law's house for a tour of New England.  The weather along the east coast made me cut that short.

Gettysburg has a great auto route through the battlefield.  I had never been to northern PA and was very impressed with the great riding and scenery.

Ahhhhhh! I've got to dedicate more attention to these organized meet-up dates. Looked like a great tour, and agree the driving route and towers are fantastic. I have a buddy in Confluence, PA. which also looks like a splendid area to ride with the twisty 2-lanes and covered bridges.
