Anyway, I don't think he's going to get $3,500 CDN for that but who knows?

I found it while further searching for replacement for my drive shaft and final drive.

No joy yet but have been too busy to really get into it.

to answer your question, because they can. But almost always, after all that effort and $ the value is reduced. go figure?

That's about the laziest hack job I've seen lately.  Loop it, strip bodywork, rattle can and put it up for sale.  Rarely does anyone manage to hide the nasty lower part of the gas tank.  Now it's a $500 parts bike.

Where, oh where, are all the hackers who drool over these things?  You'd think they'd be posting here about what a cool bike it is.

Saw my first just finished Brick Coffee racer on the road about a month or so ago. He turned up at one of our rides departure points and parked a bit away from us. From a distance it looked pretty rough and I didn't bother going over to inspect it. He was asked to join us on the ride but he declined saying the bike wasn't reliable enough to go with us.

About a week or so ago one of our guys was contacted to see if he wanted to buy it, he declined and told the guy he would of been interested if he still had the parts he had chopped off and junked. The bike will probably go up for sale, where it may or may not be be sold. As to it's future it will probably sit in a shed for a few years before being moved out under a tarp, where it will probably sit.
Regards Martin.
